1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SpinCity Cash platform, including the website at spincity.cash and all services provided through it. These Terms take effect from the date you first access or register a SpinCity Cash account.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) SpinCity Cash account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different personal details or any other method, are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active email address, valid Malaysian phone number, and date of birth. SpinCity Cash is not responsible for any issues arising from false or inaccurate information provided at registration.

• The registered name must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for deposits and withdrawals
• The email address provided will be used for all official communications from SpinCity Cash.
• The phone number must be an active, reachable Malaysian number
• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers

4 Deposit & Payment

All deposit amounts and SpinCity Cash account balances are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM10 and the maximum daily deposit is RM50,000 unless a different limit is set for VIP accounts. Funds deposited into a SpinCity Cash account do not earn interest and may only be used for playing games on the SpinCity Cash platform.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal from their SpinCity Cash account subject to the following conditions:

9 Account Termination

SpinCity Cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If termination results from a breach by the player, SpinCity Cash reserves the right to forfeit the remaining account balance without compensation.

10 Limitation of Liability
